The products and services supplied will be reviewed upon receipt by the person in charge of the order considering the requirements established in each case. Possible incidents due to delays in delivery time, returns, defects or any non-compliance with the initial requirements are recorded in the ICP’s internal software.
An initial evaluation of new suppliers will be carried out considering as criteria the performance of test orders/services, price, delivery time, quality level, historical data, etc.
In addition, an annual evaluation of suppliers will be carried out based on the criteria of the previous point and considering the incidences detected.
